View Full Version : S.O.S. PINE GREEN color!
Need help!!!
First of all, I need to post pictures and open a new POST! How do I do that?
Second of all, I need help with my bathroom colors! The tiles are rustic-white, towels are pine green (the base for accessories is pine green, mixed with some gold), now, what color would contrast that pine green???

I love green, yellow and pink together. It makes me think of a garden.
I also think that multiple shades of green go well.
It seems like you figured out how to open a new thread. This is from another thread
I'm not sure if there is an easier way but I download my pics to a free site like shutterfly.com. Once its there I right click on the picture and choose "Properties". I then highlight the web address and use Ctrl and the letter C to copy the information.
When I am on posting page of this site I hit the little icon above the message area in the tool bar that looks like a square withe a couple of mountains and a sun in it. This will bring up a user prompt that will ask for a url. Go to that box and hit Ctrl and V. This will paste the information in, then click OK. This should insert the picture.
It sounds more complicated than it is. Can't wait to see the pics!
Tnx Lucille! Oh gosh, I've tried to upload a pic, but it says the file is too big! Pink and yellow you say? That's what I thought too! I hope other readers will join soon for a debate!!! :)
Thanks again!
Lucille,
what color should the shower rug be?

I'm so bad with planning decorating. I'm more of a "what color is on clearance?" girl. Green would be pretty if you can find one that matches the towels, if not I would go for a contrasting color.
Yeah Lucille, I am not sure though what that contrasting color would be...

Why don't you take one of the washclothes with you to the store and see what you can come up with. I think a golden yellow would be nice (I'm thinking pine sap can you see the theme I came up with;) ). Lay out some towels and see what combo you can come up with then get the other accessories from that combo. Maybe a rich brown color (yep you guessed it.. bark). What is the feel you want in there? Walking through a forest, cabin, garden, maybe western. That is how I have to work, I need a feel that I want achieve and then work from there. Doesn't work for everyone but you must find your zen. :D
tanya:p confucious say "This chick is a wacko" LOL
