Need Butternut Squash recipe

I need a recipe for butternut squash. I have gone online and searched but most are for soups and purees. I want to make something with diced squash and kind of sweet and baked or roasted. I have a garlic parmesan butternut squash baking in the oven right now, but it's not sweet. I am not a cook and just experimenting with different vegetables that I don't often eat but want to start cooking for my husband and myself. Thanks!

I think most squash tastes good baked and topped with butter and brown sugar. My mouth is watering!;)

Lisa, I think you're right. I made the garlic squash yesterday and let's just say, I had a hard time eating it all. The pieces that were coated in LOTS of Parmesan and garlic were good, but the pieces that had barely any, were so-so. oh well....
