Loved it! Great job, Cottage Living!

I was very worried that I went too bold with my choice of living room and dining room paint. Boy, was I thrilled to see that P. Allen Smith use the same color in his living room! My house is still a work in progress. Seeing Mr. Smith's really helped me with direction. (By the way, Mr. Smith ~ where DID you get that great striped curtain fabric?)

I loved the article about wattles. The world is full of unique household items that Americans aren't aware of. The great thing about Cottage Living is that they deliver the different ~not just the new. I've got a pile of clippings that’s 10 feet tall... I think wattle making is in my future.

I'm so glad I subscribed for another year!

I think I subscribe to every "house" magazine that's printed. I'm gonna gripe here for a minute... Why do these magazines show the same people's houses over and over? Don't they know that if we subscribe to Country Living we probably get Mary Englebreit's magazine too? Aren't there enough cute houses around? Arrrhhh. I feel ripped off.

Note to Cottage Living from the consumer: If another magazine has already featured a house, I don't want to see it again!
