Trouble with attachments

Uh oh, I'm having trouble uploading attatchments. The message says, Fatal error, timed out. Is the problem on your end or mine?

I have had trouble recently with my files being too big. Can't remember how I "shrunk" files before - can someone help?

bmp 100K 500x480 pixels (about 6x6 inches at 72 dpi maximum)
gif 100K 500x480 pixels
jpeg 120K 500x480 pixels
jpg 120K 500x480 pixels
pdf 90K
png 12K 500x480 pixels

I've posted the maximum file sizes and dimensions for photos above. No width or depth should exceed either of the dimensions. Compressed formats like .jpg allow for the greatest detail given the file size limits.

Got it! When changing the size of a JPEG file, remember to SAVE the changes! My mistake.
