I subscribe to almost every cottage and country magazine made, along with The English Home, because I love English Country, and your new magazine by far surpasses any of the others. It has everything! And I especially like the fact that your magazine will appeal to ALL cottage lovers, whether big or small, fancy or plain. You deserve a big round of applause! Every subject is so well covered, cottage design and plans, food, gardening - it is a huge success!

I love this magazine as well. I got sent an offer because I read another of the publisher's magazine, and I'm thrilled that I took them up on their offer. It's a fantastic magazine! :)

I couldn't agree more! This magazine was written for me! I also just happened to pick it up during a quick grocery store run and have read through it three times now. I already asked my husband for a subscription for my birthday! ;)
Thanks for creating such a beautiful magazine! I love the cozy comforts and excellent articles in this Autumn premier issue and can't wait to receive the next one.

Your new magazine far out shines the old stand-by's. I say that because I have been a long subscriber to BH & G and loved their mag. until this past year. The new editors changed many features, smaller and fewer photos of homes, the resource page is all personal belongings so that you could never find what they show, the recipes are not geared for busy, children filled families with little time to make fancy meals. I must say, your mag. has bright, full page pictures, every page has something I adore. Goodbye
BG & H, my subscription to Cottage Living is in the mail! :)

I have been a fan of country decorating magazines since I got married in the late 70's. Lately my old favorites have lost the warmth and style I love. Thank heavens someone started a magazine with the look I was missing. Sent my subscription in right away and am eagerly looking forward to the next issue.
As a longtime reader of both Country Living and Country Home magazines, I, too, am tired of the austere, antiseptic, white-on-white, shabby chic look. People just don't live like that. It seems that one magazine just copies another and nothing stands out - that is until Cottage Living appeared on the scene. What a breath of fresh air! Fresh, pretty, color-infused rooms that are warm and inviting. I appreciate the "how-to" decorating and craft ideas but most of all the attention to detail. Finally, a magazine that tells you in a clear, concise fashion exactly what color paint was used in a room and lists all the accessories. This user-friendly format, cozy decor and informative magazine has me eagerly checking my mailbox for the Nov/Dec issue. This mag is such an outstanding publication that, when my other country decor mag subscriptions expire I do not intend to renew my 20+ year subscription.
Hooray for Cottage Living! Someone finally got it right!.

I'm a long time fan of Country Accents, Country Almanac and Country Decorating Ideas...lately these have become too glossy and generic. They don't show anything but shabby chic and lots of "white rooms". Cottage Living is a refreshing change or should I say step back to what these magazines used to be! I'm definitely going to subscribe and eagerly await the next issue!!

I love CL! I let my Better Homes and Gardens mag subscription run out! And now I look forward to getting CL .
I read it from cover to cover, sometimes even more then once.
I just can't say enough about CL.
I have a 900 sq.ft. cottage, that my husband and I are working on.
Now I have a great source to go to when we need help.
Keep up the great work!
Oh, and I'm new to this forum........hello everyone! :)

Hi,
Hey, Marybeth - I bought my Nov/Dec issue at least a week ago. It already looks pretty ragged from reading it multiple times. :)
I love that there are so many different ways to define cottage. I guess if I had to pick my favorite feature in this issue, it would be Heather's house (pg. 184). Amazing mix of her fresh-n-fun ideas with time-inspired pieces. Also, sharing her new cottage on www.cottageliving.com/cottage is really great!
Thanks Cottage Living!

I'll run by Walmart after work and see if they have it! There's nothing better than to pile up in my bed on a Friday night with a stack of decorating magazines...ripping pages out and reading about others who love decorating like I do!
Thanks for your response, ZuZu!

Marybeth

I also wanted to add my support and say that I had a great experience with their customer service. I bought a subscription and then had one given to me as a gift (great minds...). The customer service representative gladly gave me a two year subscription instead of my getting two issues each month. She was also very polite and well informed.
