Chloe asked Do you know anything about copy righting your company name and logo.... We are registered and I know I legally own the domain names but I don't think that means your logo and company name cannot be copied.

Chloe - I'm not sure if it's the same in the U.K. as it is in the U.S. Best advice would be to contact an attorney or do a web search for information that is specific to the U.K.

If someone else can answer Chloe's question, please post a reply. :)

Although I don't know the specifics in the UK, I think what you are looking for is trademarking your name, site, etc., rather than copyrighting. Search online for the UK info. I know in the US the government has a website that describes teh difference and provides a lot of info about intellectual property. You may even be able to do an online trademark search.

Just as a trademark protects a logo and a patent protects an invention,
a federal copyright protects your Web site, literary works.

Godaddy.com offers a copyright portection service for webs sites and website contents. It's pretty informative.
