I have three very easy, very good recipes and I was wishing I had more. I figured you guys are probably a great source. Here are my three easy dinners. I hope you'll share yours...:)

Pot Roast
In the morning when you get up, put an inexpensive pot roast in a slow cooker and turn to the low setting. Run another pot of water through the grounds of your morning coffee in your coffee maker. Add the diluted coffee to your roast. If you have some onion soup mix, throw that in, but if you don't dried onions work well too. Throw in some red wine if you got some and you don't mind parting with it. The roast will be ready around dinner time.

Cheesy Chicken
I love adding some jalapeņo jack cheese to the top of boneless, skinless chicken breast. I cover it with foil and bake at 350 for about an hour.

The Easiest Pork Chops in the World
Take some chops and throw a little sour cream and garlic on top of 'em and bake 'em at 350 for an hour. You won't believe how good they are!

Wow, all those sound delicious, Lisa. I'm going to try all three.

One of my favorites I'm making tonight.

Melt 1/4 cup of butter, add 1/3 cup lemon juice and 1 tblsp. of Spice Islands Lemon Garlic seasoning. Let set for about 10 minutes.

Pour over chicken breasts (with or without skin) and bake at 350 until done 40-60 minutes. The above is enough for a least 3 chicken breasts--adjust to the amount of chicken you need. I don't think this recipe is that picky about exact amounts. The lemon juice makes the chicken very, very tender.

I usually serve with baked potatoes and salad or green beans.

the pork chop recipe sounds wonderful! Will try it this weekend. here's my easy chicken - in fact I am doing this tonight.

Bonelss, skinless chicken breast
1 egg
can of french fried onions

put the onions in a large baggie and roll with a rolling pin until fine

coat chicken in beaten egg and shake in bag of f.f. onions until coated

bake for about 40 minutes at 350 - the chicken will be moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. "Fried chicken" without the frying! I usually make an extra breast to chop up and throw in a salad for the next nights' dinner.
