Help! No Email Notification!

I must have disabled something, but I can't figure out what. I'm not getting an email notification of treads in which I participate. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem?

Lisa, You probably inadvertently click a button that sent a default forum subscription. I changed your subscription to NOT receive instant e-mail notices. It should be OK now. In the future, you can change the e-mail notice defaults by clicking on the User CP link near the upper left of the page, then clicking on User Options.
