logging out

I have found several Mondays that when I come in here I'm already logged in. The first time I thought crud I must have gotten too caught up with something at work but it has happened again after that. I know I logged out last week since there had been no change on the boards and not worth sticking around.

Why would it be doing this?

If you just close your browser, or turn off your computer, your login is stored as a browser cookie and automatically logs you in on your next visit. If you've clicked the log out link at the top-right of the browser and click "yes" to the prompt asking if you really want to log out, you should not stay logged in. Give it a try by clicking the log out button to see if it actually logs you out. You can increase security by unclicking the "remember me" box to prevent the browser cookie from remembering your session. Hope that helps.

That's the problem I do use the log out button and yes to the prompt. We were having computer/internet problems last week so maybe I exited too quickly and it didn't completely shut down/exit.

Will have to keep an eye on it.
