Sweet Potato Soup

I just tried the sweet potato and chicken soup with chili and lime from the last issue. It was fantastic and so easy to prepare! I make a lot of soups, and this one will definitely be made again!

Glad to hear it turned out well. I haven't tried any of Cottage Living's recipes yet myself. Have you made any others?

I made the chocolate pudding.....boy was that rich!!!!! It was so good, but could only be eaten sparingly! Next time I will substitute milk chocolate for the bittersweet, I think that will cut down on the "richness" :)
