Japanese Mulching Fence

I recently saw a "Japanese Mulching Fence" in a magazine. I am looking for additional information, pictures, plans, etc. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it like a wattle fence? I have some of that at my house right now. I need to complete the line of it but gotta cut down some more trees. wish those pesky birches would grow somewhere besides my sidewalk/foundation and next to the garage making a cat superhighway.

Good morning,
This fence is more like a composter, it has sides made of wire within a frame and you feed the leaves etc into the top, the bottom is open and the mulch falls into the bed, it is really clever!
I have just seen it in a magazine, unfortunately I can't remember which one, I have a bad habit of saving mags and reviewing them, instead of pulling out the pages I like and making a neat, handy portfolio of all the great ideas!
